Product Safety

Maintaining an efficient and safe supply chain is a crucial aspect of our operations.

Providing safe products for our customers is our top priority. Therefore, we cooperate only with companies that comply with established quality standards and maintain reliable supply procedures.

Suppliers applying for access to our supply chain must undergo a comprehensive assessment based on our market requirements and criteria.

All companies supplying products to our associated retail sector and HoReCa must meet our safety standards.

The producer / supplier may only supply products that can be used safely by the end-user.

As part of this obligation, we require all suppliers to hold relevant certifications and liability insurance.

We do not allow products from unknown sources to enter our supply chain under any circumstances.

Product Safety Policy

1. Purpose

This policy outlines our commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient supply chain by ensuring that all products meet strict safety and quality standards before reaching our customers.

2. Scope

Applies to all suppliers, vendors, and partners involved in the production, handling, and delivery of goods to our associated retail and HoReCa sectors.

3. Core Principles

  • Customer safety first.
  • Delivering safe products is our highest priority.

To ensure transparency and reliability, we apply the following strategies:

3.1 Know Your Supplier (KYS System)

Supplier verification must include:

  • Business and credentials verification.
  • Certification validation.

3.2 Vendor Risk Management & Delivery Fraud Prevention

Goods must be delivered under EXW or FCA terms directly from the supplier’s own production facilities or warehouses.

Shipments must be handled by authorized logistics providers.

3.3 Factory Verification

On-site inspections may be conducted when necessary to confirm compliance and production capabilities.

3.4 Clear Delivery Contracts

Contracts must include:

  • Product quality specifications.
  • Delivery timelines.
  • Dispute resolution clauses.

3.5 Proper Communication Channels

Suppliers must use official corporate email addresses.

We advise against working with suppliers who mostly rely on communications via WhatsApp, Gmail, and other anonymous servers.

3.6 Record Keeping

All communications and agreements must be documented and stored in an organized manner.

4. Enforcement

Non-compliance with this policy may result in termination of supplier agreements and removal from our supply chain.
